“From The Kids Who Brought You Cruelster“, Cleveland’s Perverts Again is a deranged mid-tempo punk project that’s intriguingly mesmerizing.  These weirdo jams grab you with odd repetitious guitar licks, blown out bass grooves, stomping drums and sarcastic vocal rants.  There’s something definitely infectious about what these mutants are creating.  I also hear heavy Wire vibes, only soaked in grime and shit.  Snag this stuff now.  Dig.
