Issued in a foldover sleeve with white innersleeve taped inside, so a partial piece of clear tape is usually visible on left side of front cover.
A rare insert exists reproducing a pen-and-ink drawing of various dead rock 'n rollers on a cloud in heaven, but the vast majority of copies were issued without it.
