Seattle Power Pop ‘Four Lights’ have ripped a hole in my heart and dug themselves deep inside with their new album, My heart has now become redundant and I have the good dudes of ‘Four Lights’ to thank for keeping the old ticker going.
‘Kobayashi Maru’ has a real 90’s Weezer feel about it, the song writing and melodies are second to none; making it stand out from bands trying to achieve a similar sound.
‘Kobayashi Maru’ is 12 tracks of pure Pop Punk bliss, ram packed full of guts, grit, passion and angst.
Singer/Guitarist Dan Gardner has ripped out his still beating heart with this record, chopping it up into small bite size pieces, then individually nailing the large pile of bloody segments to each and every lyric throughout ‘Kobayashi Maru’
