After 96 Quite Bitter Beings received high rotation on MTV, Island Records signed the band. The first release was a remastered and enhanced version of Volume 1. It was initially released in four different colours. Purple, blue, and orange were limited to five thousand copies each with an unlimited number of red copies being produced. For the enhanced portion of the album, the music video for 96 Quite Bitter Beings was included along with a "music video" for Shippensburg. The Shippensburg video features only half of the song over scenes from the CKY and CKY2K skate videos. Since CKY's split with Island Records, this version of the album is out of print. It is not known exactly how many copies were pressed over the years.
