Debut Record featuring Robbie Swartwood from ‘Off With Their Heads’ on vocals.
Musically this record sounds killer, but I feel that the vocals are just not strong enough to help this record stand out. Strangely the vocals get a little more rad as the record goes on.
If Robbie just played guitar and they got another vocalist in, this record could well be one of my albums of the year.
‘Collecting Misery’ is a well written record with loads of really good ideas and awesome riffs, that will be glued to the inside of your skull, rattering around your brain like a tidal wave of awesome.
Definitely a band to keep on your radar.
